The Compact of Free Association (COFA) is a special agreement between the United States of America and three different island nations; the Republic of the Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia and The Republic of Palau. Under special agreements, citizens of these nations have special immigrating privileges to the United States.  The following are from different surveys conducted to measure largely populated COFA migrants in parts of the United States.
